We consider students for admission who will pursue academic study with dedication and responsibility, challenge themselves through athletic and extracurricular activities and actively participate in the campus community. Because of our demanding curriculum, students must demonstrate a capacity to work on or above grade level in all coursework. Fairmont Preparatory Academy candidates are also evaluated on the basis of their extracurricular and community service activities. Step 1. Complete Application Packet: Although the priority registration date has passed, Success Work Academy accepts applications on a rolling basis throughout the year. Applications for all grades can be found under the admission tab. Complete applications include the following: Application for Admission
Applicants must be 5 years old by September 1, to be eligible to enroll in our program. Once your application is received, SWA will send an acknowledgement email. Someone from the admission office will call you to set up Step 4, your parent interview, Shadow Day and / or assessment (see below.) 2. Student Assessment The admissions department will contact you to schedule a student assesment within a week of receiving your application 2. Schedule Family Interview Families will have the opportunity to meet with our Founder, Valanitta Jingles, to learn more about SWA, its vision and culture. (In two-parent households, both parents will be required to attend.) Step 3. NotificationThe admission team will notify all applicants within one week if they will be joining the SWA family! This is an exciting time for our entire school community, as we look forward to seeing so many new and wonderful faces .
