At Success Work Academy, we are deeply committed to being a resource and support system for families of children with special needs. With over three decades of experience in education, our founder has dedicated years to research and training in special education, ensuring that we provide the highest level of expertise for students with unique learning needs.
For the past 12 years, we have worked tirelessly with students, both from Success Work Academy and other schools, through our evening school programs. Our focus is on closing academic gaps and helping students achieve their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. By leveraging our specialized training in special education, we offer individualized support that caters to the needs of each student, empowering them to succeed.
Our team is made up of compassionate, highly skilled educators who have spent years honing their craft to work with children with special needs. We take pride in our proven track record of success in helping students meet and exceed their academic goals. Many of the neurodivergent students we support, including twice-exceptional learners, have gone on to exceed expectations, participate in dual-enrollment programs, and take Advanced Placement (AP) courses—demonstrating that with the right environment, instruction, and support, all students can thrive.
