Welcome to our School

Our elementary curriculum introduces foundational STEM courses designed to prepare students for success in the more advanced and applied STEM courses they will encounter in secondary grades. These early courses not only build core competencies but also foster awareness of STEM fields and career paths that students may not have previously considered. Our engaging and innovative classes are structured to inspire a genuine enthusiasm for learning, encouraging students to choose STEM pathways out of interest rather than obligation. Additionally, our elementary STEM program seamlessly integrates in-school and out-of-school learning experiences, creating a holistic and supportive environment for all students.

We deliver tailored, small-group and individualized instruction to ensure that each student receives the attention and support necessary for optimal academic growth. Small-group instruction, widely recognized as an effective educational practice, enables teachers to address diverse learning needs more precisely. This approach fosters a more personalized learning environment, promotes active engagement, and allows for targeted interventions that accelerate student progress and deepen understanding. By implementing small-group instruction, we create a supportive framework that cultivates academic confidence and enhances mastery of skills across all content areas.

Our scholars actively engage in weekly STEM labs, designed to align with Common Core State Standards for scientific literacy and inquiry-based learning. During our unit on matter, students explored the structure and properties of matter, developing a foundational understanding that meets grade-level standards. These hands-on lab experiences not only enhance students' grasp of key concepts but also promote critical thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and scientific reasoning, preparing them for continued success in STEM fields.

Our monthly field trips enrich classroom instruction by providing students with meaningful, real-world experiences that bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application. These excursions allow students to deepen their understanding by directly engaging with concepts explored in the classroom, fostering a tangible connection between academic learning and its real-life relevance. This experiential approach not only reinforces acquired knowledge but also cultivates critical thinking, curiosity, and an appreciation for lifelong learning.
